Riccardo Tesi<\/strong> \u2013 internationally renowned diatonic accordionist and composer (Banditaliana, Bella Ciao, Accordeon Samurai…) \u2013 presents his latest album La Giusta Distanza<\/strong>, released in 2023 by Visage Music.<\/p>\n

His experimental spirit, constantly searching for renewal, has led him on this occasion to surround himself with new collaborators to form the Elastic Trio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On percussion is the dazzling Francesco Savoretti<\/strong>, who combines the irresistible groove inherited from his past as a drummer with the colors of frame drums and ethnic percussion, of which he is a true master. Despite his relatively young age, he already boasts important collaborations ranging from world music to early music and jazz, along with an intense international concert activity.<\/p>\n

On acoustic and electric guitars \u2013 and vocals \u2013 the remarkable Vieri Sturlini<\/strong>, who has an eclectic background spanning classical, jazz, folk and singer-songwriter music, and has collaborated with artists such as Neri Marcor\u00e8 and the singer-songwriter Giua.<\/p>\n

With these travelling companions, Riccardo Tesi resumes his journey across that imaginary Mediterranean which has always been a strong source of inspiration for him, creating a brand new performance with new faces and new compositions: a bright and spicy music, where infectious rhythms meet poetic and evocative melodies. A lively and flexible trio, open to inclusion, ready from time to time to welcome aboard musicians travelling along the same route.<\/p>\n

This time the special guest is the singer and multi-instrumentalist Caterina Sangineto<\/strong> (vocals, harp, psaltery, flute). Daughter of the master luthier of historical instruments Michele Sangineto, she began studying medieval music at the age of eight. Since 2000, with the Sangineto Ensemble, she has approached folk and world music, performing at some of the most important European and Australian festivals.<\/p>\n
